Exercise is one of the most active and effective means to improvethe physical health. Secondly, playing sports is a good way to relax. When you areupset, sports may pull you out from depression. Finally, it’s easy to make friendswhen you take part in sport activities, because you have the same interest. I met a lotof my friends on the basketball field. And we keep in touch by playing basketballtogether and watching NBA games.
